Payment

PAYPAL CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS:
When paying with Paypal the full payment is required immediately.
If a complete order is not received within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled and the item(s) will be re-listed.

Shipping

Orders placed are usually dispatched 1-5 business days after receiving cleared payment (see each listing's shipping section for more info, dispatch time will be longer for made to order and custom listings). Unless otherwise stated, orders will be shipped to Shipping Address registered on buyer's Etsy account.

*The shop is not responsible for errors on the part of the buyer, such as errors in the shipping address provided.

☛ P&P METHOD
Please allow 2-5 business days for packaging preparation (see listing's shipping info for more a specific timeline). Item(s) ordered will be shipped in protective packaging and prints will come in a protective envelope with a backing cardboard to ensure maximum protection for the journey to their new home.

In the shipping fees both postal and packaging costs are calculated, and the shop does not make profit out of shipping and packaging fees.

Items will be posted via Standard International Airmail, which usually takes 7-12 working days (for international orders it may take 4 days to 4 weeks, due to each country's customs policy) WITH a tracking code. 
If a shipping upgrade is desired in order to have an insured or a fast shipping service like UPS please contact the shop prior ordering to arrange it.

☛ TRACKING CODE
We always ship with tracking code. But to keep shipping costs as low as possible, we keep insured shipping as optional - please let us know in advance so we may calculate the cost and add it to your order.

☛ HIGH PEAK SEASON
During high peak seasons, like Christmas, it is advised to place orders in advance due to the heavy schedule of post offices internationally. The shop is not responsible in any way for delays due to post office and customs services.

☛ INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
International orders may not arrive on an ideally short time, due to each country's customs policy. International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. Please contact your local Customs Office for more information.

*Shipping to USA usually takes 10 to 15 days, but due to increase security measures, it may take a while from the time it arrives in the US until it is delivered to its final destination.

☛ CUSTOM ORDERS
We'll discuss the order in full before the production may begin. We work this way to ensure that both parties have a cleared image of the desired product. Upon agreement a contract between the buyer and the shop will be drawn to protect both parties interests. Full payment is expected when the buyer approves the final product.

☛ INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS POLICIES
International customers are advised to be informed about the customs policies of their country. The shop is in no position to control over each country's specific mail service & customs office. The shop holds no responsibility regarding import duties, taxes, customs, etc. that might be charged by the home country of international customers. The shop cannot be responsible for lost international packages, and after a 60 day period from the day of received payment the shop will not be responsible to refund or replace the product.
